Job Description

As we continue to go from strength to strength, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to assist with day-to-day operations throughout our e-commerce warehouse, supporting the efficient and effective running of daily activities while upholding our high standards across the entire site.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment. Support warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and shift supervisors. Across the site all day supporting various teams Monitor equipment use, warehouse layout, and safety protocols. Implement procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Report key metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and damage rates.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a management role, preferably within distribution, warehouse, industrial, or related sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent understanding of distribution processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Physically able to be hands-on with occasional heavy lifting Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Start time: Immediate Job Type: Permanent, 44.5 hours a week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm Occasional Saturday work Work Location: In person
