Role: Operations Manager

Location: Paisley, PA3 1RB

Salary: 35,000

Hours a week: 37.5 (Monday to Friday)

Contract type: Permanent

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage daily operations for the Paisley branch. Oversee labour planning and supplier engagement to optimise resources and costs Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, environmental and industry regulations Own the branch P&L with a focus on profitability and margin growth Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency through data insights Lead customer service initiatives, resolving issues promptly and maintaining white glove standards Collaborate with Sales and Client Engagement teams to align service delivery with customer needs Lead recruitment, training, retention and development to build a motivated and high-performing workforce

About You:

Proven leadership experience managing a small, complex operations with twelve staff Strong P&L and budget management skills with a track record of driving profitability Expertise in workforce planning and supplier management Excellent stakeholder management skills from shop floor to board level In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance standards Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Commercially aware and highly data literate, able to turn insight into action Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
