Full-time, Permanent, Tuesday to Saturday

We're looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

to take ownership of service delivery across our business. You'll lead a team of supervisors and drivers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and drivers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Oversee daily operations, proactively managing delivery performance and resolving issues before they escalate. Define, monitor, and improve KPIs, producing regular performance reports and trend analysis for the leadership team. Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements. Manage rosters, allocations, and run-out procedures to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. Act as the nominated Transport Manager, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct audits, gate checks, and fines/penalty processing to maintain high operational standards. Support leadership with insights and reporting packs to inform decision-making.

About You

Proven experience in operations or service delivery management, ideally in transport/logistics. Strong people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of transport compliance and risk management (advantageous).
