. As a key coordinator and operations lead for The Mintridge Foundation, a UK-wide charity (with Patrons, Clare Balding CBE & Alice Arnold), the role of Operations Manager is a critical to the work we do.
In sport, there are great expectations around role models, and we see this as an incredible opportunity to make positive outcomes. Olympians, Paralympians, and other sports stars (Mintridge Ambassadors) deliver holistic sports provision in schools, clubs, and colleges across the UK for young people from all walks of life, of all abilities and physical capabilities.
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated Operations Manager to support the important work of the Mintridge Foundation. The role will include managing the day to day operations of the Mintridge Foundation, coordinating the programme bookings and preparing programme delivery. Some travel to programmes is required.

Operations Manager Main Purpose
The primary purpose of the Operations Manager is to promote our programmes to ensure the Foundation achieves its mission to and manage ambassadors, staff, volunteers and programme managers by communicating the values of the Mintridge Foundations and the expectations of individual job roles (including coaching of systems and implementing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead programme delivery
o Plan schedules for programmes with beneficiaries
o Liaise with the Ambassadors, volunteers, programme managers for all programmes and ensuring all details of events are communicated
o Implementing the Mintridge Foundation Safeguarding Policy.
o Liaise with school staff / coaches before, during and after programmes
o Attend programmes to set up and assist Ambassadors with onsite/online logistics and delivery
o Monitor impact
o Post programme reporting
Manage awareness campaigns and programme sales to new and existing customers using all media platforms
Line Management of Operations Coordinator and Programme Managers
Lead the CPD programme for Mintridge Foundation Ambassadors
General support to the Head of Foundation and Founder.
Assist with Board meetings as required.
Deliver office duties.
