Your Mission
You'll step in as
Director of Operations
, leading our internal delivery systems, offshore team, and operational cadence.
Your goal: create control, efficiency, and visibility across a fast-moving global business.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside our regional partners to ensure every moving part, people, processes, and platforms, runs in sync.
This is about
ownership, not delegation.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead the Operations Team
-- Set expectations, drive accountability, and build a culture of rhythm and results.
Systemize the Machine
-- Simplify workflows across ClickUp, Slack, and GHL; automate wherever possible.
Drive Delivery Execution
-- Ensure FSA onboarding, Co-Pilot deployment, and campaign delivery run without bottlenecks.
Protect the Founder's Time
-- Anticipate, decide, and act -- so leadership can focus on growth.
Build Scalable Infrastructure
-- Create dashboards, SOPs, and automation that scale across markets (AU, UK, US).
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Clear visibility across all operations (dashboards, KPIs, daily rhythm)
FSA onboarding and delivery stabilized -- no more CEO firefighting
Headcount optimized, manual admin reduced by 30%
Weekly operating cadence established (meetings, reports, accountability)
Foundation for future hybrid delivery centre mapped and ready
Who You Are
You're not a task-taker -- you're a builder.
You think in systems, act with urgency, and lead with clarity.
You're the kind of operator who brings order to chaos and structure to speed.
You'll thrive here if you:
Have 5+ years in operations or delivery leadership (BPO/startup/agency preferred)
Have worked with Western-run businesses and understand performance expectations
Know ClickUp, GHL, or similar platforms (bonus if you automate with Zapier or AI)
Have used or led within EOS, Scaling Up, or a structured business framework
Communicate clearly, make fast decisions, and don't hide from accountability
