The Real Consultancy Company (TRCC) is an Awarding Organisation and is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to provide high-quality executive and operational management support across the organisation and to our customers.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director this role is central to ensuring the effective delivery of services, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across TRCC's operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for a wide-ranging operational portfolio, including:
Managing TRCC's centralised services function, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement
Developing, monitoring, and reporting on service performance metrics and improvement plans on
Scheduling and resourcing quality assurance and the development of assessment tools
Managing and tracking qualify assurance and regulatory requirements, and operational documentation
Producing operational reports and analysis for senior management
Drafting customer communications, managing feedback surveys, and supporting customer experience improvements
Managing the TRCC website, portal, and social media platforms
Overseeing certification claims for completed apprenticeship assessments
Providing technical expertise and support for the TRCC Portal to internal users and customers
Developing, maintaining, and delivering operational procedures and technical training
Coordinating income and expenditure, including invoicing, supplier payments, and financial reporting
Managing conflicts of interest registers and supporting governance processes
Attending internal and external meetings, committees, and working groups as required

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
