About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you will:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments meet organisational standards and objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to align operational activities with organisational goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making. Manage budgets, optimise resource allocation, and oversee procurement processes. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement innovative solutions. Liaise with external vendors and partners to maintain effective supply chains and service agreements. Handle escalations efficiently, resolving issues promptly to minimise disruptions.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within the hospitalityindustry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams, guests and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to lead change management initiatives and adapt quickly to evolving business needs. Sound understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office or specialised operational management systems. Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with strategic thinking skills.
