Summary
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at PIVOT365 Limited. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our signage safety services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all regions.
Manage and coordinate the activities of technicians to optimize performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with company objectives.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives for operational excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and reporting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
