We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join the Senior Management Team, as Operations Manager, to lead and develop a group of care services.

As Operations Manager you will:



Be highly visible in the group, providing leadership and management to a group of services ensuring high standards of professional practice and compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, as well as National Standards.

Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure provision of sustainable, cost-effective high-quality care, that supports the physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing of the residents.

Be responsible for improving service performance, as well as supporting/promoting a culture of continuous improvement and organisational values in the services you support.

Oversee and take financial responsibility for your group of services, ensuring their financial viability.

To be considered for this role you will:



Be a senior care sector professional, preferably from a nursing background, with a professional qualification relating to health and social care.

Have extensive experience in managing services for vulnerable groups in health, housing or social care and meeting the national standards in social care.

Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of developing key stakeholder relationships as well as a supportive leadership style.

Be able to manage, set and monitor budgets effectively within an understanding of social care cost drivers.

Possess excellent organisational skills and be able to influence others, delivering on projects/agreed targets, effect a positive change in care and service, whilst meeting financial targets.

Have a valid driving licence and your own car as travel between locations is essential.

This is a permanent full time role (40 hours per week) offering a competitive salary package as well as a range of other benefits on successful completion of the probationary period.
