Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives to improve productivity and quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare reports on operational performance for senior management review.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry. Knowledge of construction and SOR coding Strong understanding of operational procedures and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics; experience with relevant software is advantageous. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of the organisation.
PLEASE NOTE: Hours are 8-5 or 9-6, 1 in 4 Saturday working. Currently we do not offer WFH as an option.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
