Operations Manager
to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in running a growing cookery school that inspires children and young people to develop lifelong cooking skills.

The Role
As
Operations Manager
, you will be at the heart of everything we do - ensuring our classes and events run smoothly, our staff feel supported, and our community feels connected. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the cookery school, manage, grow and be the face of our digital presence, and act as the main point of contact for parents, schools, and community partners.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining creativity with organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of cookery classes, clubs, and events.
Plan and coordinate upcoming holiday camps and seasonal activities.
Manage Smart Raspberry West London's social media and digital communications.
Create engaging content to grow our online presence and attract new customers.
Collect and analyse data to monitor performance and impact.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of delivery.
Act as liaison officer for parents, schools, local authorities, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with food safety, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
A confident communicator with excellent people skills.
Creative, with strong digital and social media skills.
Experienced in operations, team management, or project coordination.
Comfortable analysing data and making evidence-based decisions.
Passionate about food education and working with children.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused.
