We're looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of the operational side of StayForWork, a growing B2B online travel agency specialising in serviced accommodation for corporate and construction clients.
You will need to be experienced in serviced accommodation/ property management responsible for ensuring our booking processes, client communication, and supplier coordination run smoothly and efficiently. Leading our Reservations Manager and overseeing day-to-day operations, you'll create structure, improve systems, and make sure every client gets a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily booking operations, ensuring enquiries, reservations, and client requests are managed quickly and accurately.
Lead, support, and develop the Reservations Manager, providing structure, direction, and feedback.
Take ownership of service delivery - ensuring every booking meets client expectations and internal standards.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (serviced accommodation partners & suppliers), ensuring reliable inventory and service quality.
Monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the client experience.
Handle escalations and problem resolution with professionalism and urgency.
Collaborate with sales and account management to ensure operational excellence supports business growth.
Report on key operational KPIs, including response times, booking accuracy, and client satisfaction.
Ideal Profile
Experience in reservations, travel operations, or serviced accommodation management - ideally within a B2B or OTA environment.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a small team.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on efficiency and service delivery.
Comfortable taking full responsibility for operations and continuously improving how things run.
