We are a national carpet and flooring company committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We seek an Operations Manager who can streamline our operations, support our sales efforts, and oversee logistics to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Summary:


The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations across departments to maximize productivity and efficiency. This role requires a blend of operational oversight, sales acumen, and logistics expertise. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and able to work closely with different teams to drive growth and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring that all processes align with company goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Monitor and manage KPIs for key operational areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Sales Support

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align operational capabilities with customer demands and market trends. Analyze sales data to forecast needs, set priorities, and optimize service offerings. Support the development of sales initiatives, providing insights from an operational perspective. Assist in pricing strategies, promotions, and customer service protocols to drive revenue growth.

Logistics & Inventory Management

Oversee the logistics of product delivery and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment. Manage vendor relationships to secure optimal inventory levels and negotiate favorable terms. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment and resolve issues that may disrupt service.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and mentor team members across departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Establish clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and training to support professional growth. Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top talent in line with operational needs.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with exposure to sales and logistics. Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational success. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments. Familiarity with CRM and logistics software is a plus.
