, a Grade II listed Neo-Jacobean mansion and Calendar House, is rich with Shakespearean history and timeless grandeur. Set within acres of breath-taking grounds and landscaped gardens, this iconic property is also home to a luxurious Spa & Leisure facility and an 18-hole, par-70 golf course -- it truly has it all.

What we are looking for:



Proven experience and a successful track record at Operations level within a hotel or hospitality venue; experience with a major global brand is preferred.

Responsibilities



Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient running at all times Lead, manage, and support hotel department teams Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns or complaints promptly Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service Coordinate effectively with all departments to deliver seamless guest experiences Manage budgets and monitor overall financial performance Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

What We Need From You



Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a team Extensive experience working within structured team environments, with strong influencing abilities Commercially minded -- thinking like a customer but acting like an owner Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a strong team player Experience leading busy teams, improving performance through coaching, feedback, and development planning Previous experience as a Hotel Operations Manager or similar managerial role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hotel management systems and software Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
