Health and Safety Management Leading the management of the site team Recruitment & onboarding of new team Resident Wellbeing & dispute resolution Customer Experience and Community building Sales & Building Management Events & Community Engagement Debt Management Budget planning and management

Skills & Qualities

A True Leader confident in coaching and leading a team of individuals to meet their full potential Confident providing exceptional resident experience, handling difficult welfare and wellbeing situations, and resolving complex issues. Process driven, with a sound understanding of P&L and budgeting. Tech savvy ability to learn new systems quickly and confident using Microsoft office applications Organised and detail-oriented, with strong commitment to ensuring Health & Safety is paramount at your property. Extensive Sales and Marketing Drive Resilient, with the able to stay calm whilst dealing with complex welfare or anti-social behaviour issues
