This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new business venture - helping to build, grow, and lead TIP's UK Road Sweeper division from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing

? Growing a new business division, building TIP's reputation in the UK Road Sweeper market, and driving profitability


? Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

? Managing, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring operational excellence, customer service, and EH&S compliance

What You'll Bring

? Experience in the Road Sweeper market (or a related sector) and/or a proven track record of growing a business unit

? A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work

? A good sense of humour - we work hard, but we like a laugh too
