Operations Manager

to join our senior team and help drive the business forward.

Job Summary



As Operations Manager, you will lead core operational functions across Production, Logistics, Sales, Technical, and Retail. Working closely with the founders and senior team, you'll implement effective systems, ensure quality and compliance, and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations across

Production, Logistics, Retail, Sales, and Technical

teams

Ensure full compliance with

Food Safety and Health & Safety

regulations (including HACCP)

Lead, support, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture

Manage

HR, compliance, maintenance

, and other support functions

Monitor

KPIs and operational performance

; contribute to strategic planning and budgeting

Support

new product launches, site rollouts, and market expansion initiatives



Essential Skills



Leadership:

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support a management team of five direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.

Management of Change:

Able to act as the key driver of change and continuous progress, with the ability to implement workflow improvements and operational innovations efficiently.

Continuous Improvement:

Strong commitment to enhancing systems and processes through thoughtful analysis and input from across the business.

Project Management:

Highly organised and results-oriented, with the ability to deliver projects effectively and instil these practices across the team.

What We're Looking For



Demonstrated experience in operations or general management, ideally within food production, manufacturing, or hospitality

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems

HACCP and IOSH certification (or willingness to obtain)

A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
