THE ROLE

As Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our store operations, leading a dynamic team while optimizing inventory management and driving commercial success. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise to deliver an exceptional Ralph Lauren experience.

Essential Qualities:

Proven track record in retail management with significant people leadership Expert understanding of high-volume retail operations and inventory management Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive business results Agile leadership style with excellent problem-solving capabilities luxury or premium retail environment preferred but not essential Outstanding communication and team development skills
