About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything ticking behind the scenes.
You'll work closely with the founder to support and oversee the daily operations of multiple ventures, from planning and logistics to staffing and service standards.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is comfortable switching between spreadsheets and spatulas (metaphorically... mostly).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all business streams
Manage and support staff scheduling, recruitment, and HR needs
Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and budget targets
Ensure high service standards and smooth front-of-house/back-of-house flow
Support event planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
Maintain systems, processes, and procedures for efficiency and growth
Act as a trusted second-in-command to the founder and offer creative input
We're Looking For:
Strong hospitality management or events management experience.
A highly organised, self-motivated person with great leadership skills
Someone confident managing teams and juggling multiple projects
An eye for detail and a love of beautiful, fun, and well-run spaces
Flexibility and willingness to get stuck in -- no job too big or small
Bonus points for interest or experience in creative events, catering, or diner culture
