Role Description

We are starting to stream on TikTok Live for the EU markets and seeking a Operations Manager - TikTok Live - Spanish speaking, located in London. Your job will be centred around supporting and ensuring a smooth run of live video content for brands, influencers, and creators on the platform.

The role involves overseeing, production, set technical support and accommodating a smooth process of live streaming sessions on TikTok. Key responsibilities include all-around technical set up and support and set build, managing props and product delivery and processes in accordance with client and brand briefs and guidelines before and during Livestream production, coordination and and safe processing of live stream, onsite team support and management, risk assessments and and more. The Operations Manager will ensure high-quality live content and facilitate the teams work during live sessions and improve them.

Qualifications

Managing and coordinating the pre-production process in accordance with brand and client requirements with the on-set team Proficiency in Video Production and Livestreaming tech, including audio and other technical equipment required Skills in project management and handling interactions for live streaming content In-depth knowledge of health and safety and Live Streaming Production Decoration and DIY skills (keen eye for aesthetic and practical set layout), incorporation of technical equipment onto set and ensuring highest quality streaming Fluency in Spanish and English (Professional Level/ C2) Excellent communication and organizational skills before and during streams Quick problem solving skills; skilled eye for identifying problems and solving them at the highest quality Risk assessments and ensuring full health and safety for everyone on set, including the products and management of the studio Ability to work on-site in London Experience with Social Media Streaming/ TikTok LIVE Confident in instructing crew and presenters to ensure high quality video and audio
