Shift patterns: Monday to Thursday working 6pm-4am

We are now looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operational performance, drive a culture of Safety First, and ensure our colleagues deliver the exceptional service our customers expect from DHL Supply Chain.
?WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve KPIs across safety, productivity, quality, and customer service
Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging culture aligned with DHL's Certified Excellent Employer values
Ensure all activity complies with H&S legislation, site procedures, and DHL's Zero Harm standards
Plan and manage labour, resources, and workflow to deliver consistently strong operational performance
Support customer relationships by delivering reliable service and proactive communication
Lead continuous improvement activity using DHL tools and First Choice methodologies
Monitor performance, produce reports, and contribute to weekly and monthly operational reviews
Ensure compliance with audits, stock integrity processes, and internal/external standards
?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Proven leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations
Strong people?management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support large, diverse teams
A proactive, hands?on approach with strong decision?making skills
Good understanding of operational processes, H&S, and warehouse systems (WMS knowledge desirable)
Experience delivering continuous improvement and change initiatives
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
