We're looking for a friendly and

experienced Operations Manager

to help lead the day-to-day running of the hotel, in support of the General Manager. You'll be working closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly and our guests feel right at home. If you enjoy working with people, have a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, food and drink and maintenance Supporting and motivating the team to deliver great service Making sure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay Managing bookings and room allocations to help maximise revenue Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues quickly Helping with budgets, cost control and planning Working with the General Manager on ideas and improvements Keeping the hotel looking its best and running safely

What We're Looking For

Experience in a similar role such as Operations Manager or Assistant Manager is required A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills A guest-first attitude and a genuine love for hospitality Good understanding of hotel systems and operations Someone who's flexible, proactive and ready to get involved Knowledge of the Lake District and local tourism is a bonus

Pay: 35,000.00 per year
