What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance
Supporting and motivating teams to deliver excellent service
Managing bookings, room allocations, and guest feedback
Assisting with budgeting, cost control, and planning
Ensuring the hotel is safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly
Working closely with the General Manager on improvements and performance goals
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in hotel operations or a similar leadership role
Strong organisational and communication skills
A guest-first mindset and a proactive approach
Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g. Opera, PMS) and Microsoft Office
Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
Minimum of 5 years experience in hotels and hospitality
Familiarity with the Lake District and local tourism is a bonus
