You'll be the backbone of the business,
handling leads, onboarding clients, managing agencies, and ensuring all our training and marketing efforts run like clockwork.
What You'll Do:
Call and follow up with leads from Facebook, LinkedIn, and webinars
Book calls, close sales, and onboard clients into our courses
Manage and track all leads inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Coordinate with ad agencies, creatives, and sponsors
Use our LinkedIn and Facebook to connect with dentists daily
Track performance metrics and keep the team on target
Own weekly reporting, reminders, and campaign updates
Work directly with the founder to grow the business
You Should Be:
Comfortable speaking to people over the phone and video
Extremely organised and proactive (you'll run the show)
Familiar with spreadsheets, CRM systems, email marketing
Confident using Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Hungry to grow and lead operations long-term
Fluent in English with great grammar and confidence
Bonus Points If You've Used:
GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Facebook Ads Manager / Google Ads
Canva, Loom, ChatGPT
