The University of Lincoln is an ambitious institution with a rapidly growing research and knowledge exchange profile. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Officer - Business Development to join our Research & Enterprise team. This role is pivotal in supporting external income-generating activities, fostering industry engagement, and driving business development initiatives aligned with our strategic objectives.


In this post you will:

Support Business Development Managers in planning and delivering business engagement strategies and events. Identify funding and tender opportunities, assist with bids, proposals, and contract processes. Manage projects through systems such as Worktribe, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including businesses and funding bodies. Represent the University at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads and opportunities.

If you have excellent organisational and relationship management skills, and experience in business development or project administration, we'd love to hear from you.
