The Role

We are looking for an

Operations Officer

to join our growing team. This role is central to improving and scaling our internal systems, processes, and overall efficiency. You will work closely with the senior management team to enhance our sales and customer operations, develop our CRM and technical infrastructure, and lead the implementation of new projects that drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support and optimise day-to-day sales and customer operations. Lead CRM development and ensure systems are effectively maintained and improved. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Assist in implementing technical improvements to support sales and operational processes. Analyse performance data and identify areas for optimisation across the business. Plan and manage operational projects from concept to completion. Support automation initiatives and the integration of new tools or technologies. Ensure alignment between operations, customer service, and sales teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in operations, business administration, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with CRM systems and technical process development. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
