Purpose of the Role
The Operations Performance Manager is responsible for driving operational performance across our fulfilment centres through structured analysis, performance tracking, and process standardization. This role focuses on ensuring key operational KPIs--such as productivity, quality, service levels, and cost efficiency--are consistently met or exceeded across sites.
Working closely with warehouse leadership, CI teams, and data/analytics, the role ensures the right metrics, reporting, and action plans are in place to enable high-performing operations and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
Own the development and governance of core operational KPIs across fulfilment sites, including productivity, throughput, quality, and labour efficiency.
Monitor site performance against operational targets, providing visibility through dashboards, weekly reports, and performance reviews.
Partner with warehouse managers and CI teams to diagnose performance issues, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
Standardize operational reporting processes across locations, ensuring consistency and accuracy in how data is captured, interpreted, and used.
Lead regular performance reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) with site teams to drive accountability and share best practices.
Support labour planning and resource optimization through forecasting, demand analysis, and historical performance trends.
Work cross-functionally with Tech, Data, and CI teams to build tools and reporting infrastructure that enhance decision-making and operational responsiveness.
Contribute to training and capability-building efforts for operations teams on performance metrics and continuous improvement mindset.
