Our purpose is to create our best world, a ton at a time; empowering our customers to transform their materials into valuable resources for the betterment of people, planet, and their bottom lines.About the roleResponsibilities:xc2xb7 Supports the Operations function by creating, managing and communicating Operations Plans using our ERP system, ensuring customer expectations are aligned with internal plans, with project teams aware of time commitments and stakeholders updated on milestones and deliverables.xc2xb7 Highlight any risks to project schedules as early as identified and put mitigation plans in place if necessary.xc2xb7 Using own Initiative to spot and problem solve, with the confidence to challenge for resolutions to resolve and issues promptly.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently under limited supervision, to manage/own Operation Plans with pro-active plan control via regular planning reviews, tracking schedule adherence and acting on any stoppages or slippages to mitigate any impact.xc2xb7 Participate in and chair regular Operational meetings.xc2xb7 Confidently and effectively provides communication with clarity of any actions required by internal departments to ensure plans are maintained with live data in the ERP system as a one source of truth, with all functions working to the latest information in line with business capacities.xc2xb7 Co-ordinate timely closure of shop orders with Ops Management team to ensure finished goods inventory levels are accuratexc2xb7 Ability to use Advanced Excel reporting to analyse data and information relative to own project portfolio, to action and/or provide solutions or escalation.xc2xb7 Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Operations based on regular process reviews and effective root cause identification and problem-solving.xc2xb7 Ability to use time management tools to maintain upkeep of daily/weekly/monthly lobby actions, tasks, reports and KPI's.xc2xb7 Promote a positive Health and Safety culture within the Factory Operations teams, ensuring the Home Safe Everyday message is at the forefront of everyone in the team.About the companyCreating Our Best World a Ton at a Time - Global Leaders in Waste Repurposing & Natural Materials Processing SolutionsRequired Criteria

  • - 3rd level qualification or extensive other desirable criteria.
  • - Minimum of 2 years' planning experience in similar role ideally within Operations / Project Planning / Manufacturing / Engineering / Construction Planning
  • - Experience of planning best practice and planning methodology
  • - Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • - Able to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • - Resource and capacity planning knowledge
  • - Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload
  • - Enthusiastic, energetic self-starter able to work on own initiative
