STYRKR is a performance nutrition brand creating clean, science-backed supplements for endurance athletes. In addition to our own products, we run a growing contract manufacturing business across powders and liquids.

With in-house production and a strong vision, we're scaling fast -- and we need a hands-on Production Manager to lead operations on the factory floor.

The Role



As Operations Planner, you'll set daily production schedules, lead production teams, and ensure production meets high standards across efficiency, safety, and compliance (HACCP/GMP).

This is a practical role with a balance of office & production floor-based requirements with significant impact -- ideal for someone with:

Great attention to detail The ability to manage and plan multiple tasks at the same time Clear and concise communication skills

Key Responsibilities



Production Operations



Manage daily production schedules. Monitor output, yields, and maintenance. Utilise ERP software to maintain BOMs, routings, and work orders. Track KPIs (output, waste, downtime) Manage inventory accuracy, expiry dates, and allergen information.

Team Management



Oversee powder, liquid production, (mixing, filling, labelling, etc.) and packaging team leads. Monitor targets, manage shifts, and support development Drive a culture of quality, hygiene, and accountability

Compliance & Safety



Oversee HACCP, GMP, and all Health & Safety requirements COSHH adherence & implementation Ensure traceability, allergen controls, and batch accuracy

Cross-Team Collaboration



Work with Purchasing to ensure material availability Collaborate with Supply Chain and Warehouse for inventory accuracy Support new product launches and despatch timelines

Requirements:



Team leadership in a production/operations setting Attention to detail with the ability to logically follow production workflows Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Health & Safety Skilled in KPIs, Excel/Sheets, and problem-solving Must have UK work rights

Desirable:



Proven experience in FMCG, food, or supplements manufacturing ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred) Purchasing/supply chain knowledge HACCP Level 3+, IOSH, or Food Safety certification Experience with liquid and powder manufacturing Familiarity with Amazon FBA or eComm fulfilment
