Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Planner/ Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and supporting operational processes within our company. Duties

Manage a team of 10-15 installation personnel, to ensure site works run efficiently Assist with the installation, commissioning and maintenance of renewable energy systems Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functioning Liaise with main contractor with testing and commissioning documentation Maintain accurate records of site activities Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency

Experience

Some form of experience in managing personnel Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge would be desirable but not compulsory Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The role would be mostly office based in our hub in Teemore, Co,Fermanagh, with an opportunity to be hybrid between office and site, depending on the skill set of the successful applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-40,000.00 per year
