Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in operations management, program/project management, vendor management, or management consulting.
Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements, with experience in methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or project management experience in a scale environment.
Experience running or working with 1:1 vendor operations in a global environment.
Experience in vendor management processes including managing multiple global vendors in multi-year contracts and execution of projects.
Experience leading global workgroups, including influencing executive stakeholders and building consensus among disparate viewpoints toward a common goal.
Ability to fluently interpret data, present them in a meaningful and simple manner and drive data based decision-making.

Responsibilities

Engage product vertical support teams to understand product-specific support needs and develop operational strategies grounded in existing and emerging capabilities.
Lead cross-functional execution of operational strategies in partnership with vendor managers to ensure timely delivery and performance aligned with KPI goals.
Identify and share product-specific opportunities for improving the product and support experience with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Lead annual planning and budgeting activities for your portfolio of products across 1:1, Community and Social channels, ensuring spend throughout the year tracks toward goals.
Drive cross-product projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of support channels while creating more satisfying and delightful experiences.
