Let's get straight to the point - we're A Plus Clean Ltd. (soon to be A Plus Services), and we're looking for a driven, organised, and personable Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our growing Exterior and Specialist Cleaning team.

Before you read on

do you

have experience in the External Cleaning Space

, i.e window cleaning pressure washing render cleaning etc, have you been on or are on the tools and looking for a new role which is 95% off the tools and a more office based role?

This role is varied and

hands-on so previous experience in this space is preferred

, covering scheduling, domestic/ commercial sales, fleet coordination and ordering parts/stock -- you'll be right at the heart of making things happen smoothly and professionally.

Here's the breakdown of how your time will be split but this changes on a daily basis :

55% - Managing domestic sales enquiries, quoting, and booking in jobs 30% - Scheduling technicians and ensuring jobs are delivered efficiently 5% - Fleet coordination (MOTs, repairs, servicing, and downtime reduction) 5% - Ordering stock and consumables for jobs 5% - Covering work and site visits

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day

Scheduling: Keeping jobs moving, technicians informed, and customers updated Sales Enquiries: Handling calls/emails from homeowners, building quotes, following up, and closing sales Fleet Management: Booking services, MOTs, and managing repairs or replacements Stock Ordering: Monitoring and ordering stock so jobs are completed first-time Comms: Staying connected with clients, operatives, and suppliers Admin & Coordination: General operations support and CRM updates
What We're Looking For

? Super organised, calm under pressure, and confident, juggling multiple tasks
? Personable and friendly - you're often the first voice a customer hears
? A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
? Confident using CRMs, Microsoft, email and scheduling software
? Bonus points for experience in External cleaning, maintenance or related fields

A Day in the Life

Start with a coffee and a morning team huddle
Check in on sales leads and scheduling changes
Order chemicals for next week's render treatment and arrange a van service
Call a customer to book their roof clean and send a couple of quotes
Finish knowing you've helped the team and the business succeed
