We are a newly established gym equipment company looking for a driven and hands-on Operations sales Manager to join our team immediately.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for buying and selling used gym equipment, managing logistics for both trade and private customers, and ensuring smooth coordination across the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and helping to grow a new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage logistics and deliveries to trade and private customers
Liaise effectively with the internal team and external partners
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of operations
Drive company vans as needed for deliveries or collections
Take initiative to improve systems and processes as the business grows
Requirements:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Comfortable driving vans (full UK driving licence required)
Ability to lead, problem-solve, and work collaboratively
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed
