Key Responsibilities:



Management of operational buckets, clearing all to ready to start Work with engineers and clients to resolve access issues Entering sickness and holiday tiles onto the planning board Consistent frontline customer contact via telephone and email Where necessary supports clients by answering inquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients

Required Skills:



Build good relationships with all teams within the organisation Recommend improvements to working practices Able to prioritise multiple and varied challenging situations Able to work to deadlines and multitask Willingness to help; assist other team members as required
