Based in Warrington, pm Connections is an established and respected H&S Consultancy and has been in business for over 20 years.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations & Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of our services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of service management processes, and the ability to foster relationships with both clients and team members. This role is pivotal in driving service excellence and continuous improvement within our organisation.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring that services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on service delivery objectives and client expectations.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement where necessary.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for enhanced service offerings.
Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Develop and maintain documentation related to service delivery processes, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in a service delivery management role or similar position within a relevant industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in using service management tools and software applications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are essential such as NEBOSH, Temporary Works.
CDM management experience essential with good working knowledge of the Principal Designer & Principal Contractor roles and their legal duties.
