We are seeking a proactive and motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Aviation catering sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflowo Lead, coach, and support a team to achieve performance targetso Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standardso Liaise with management and other departments to resolve issues promptlyo Support operational planning
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (operations, logistics, or similar)o Strong organizational and problem-solving skillso Excellent communication and leadership abilitieso Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritieso IT proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools, etc.)
