Duties

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimise organisational efficiency. Foster a positive organisational culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Monitor organisational performance through key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Represent the organisation at conferences, meetings, and public events to enhance its profile.

Skills

Proven management experience within a similar organisation or industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals. Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences. Financial acumen to oversee budgets and financial reports accurately. Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on organisational objectives. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to contribute at an managerial level within a forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence and growth. The role does involve some "hands-on" solutions to everyday problems - dealing with customers, driving forklift, helping with deliveries etc. The job is 80% office based, as there will be a need for some additional on-site work
