The Opportunity

Are you a proactive and organised administrator ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an

Operations Supervisor

to oversee and enhance our warehouse operations at our Inverkeithing site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing business where your hard work will be recognised and your professional development supported. This is a full time role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound client products, order collation and assembly, and schedule onward deliveries. Manage client storage and inventories, ensuring accurate and timely billing. Support and deputise for the Operations Manager. Provide cover for invoicing, crate management, and other administrative tasks during holidays or absences. Liaise with clients, dealers, manufacturers, and end users to arrange receipt and onward delivery of products.
Process all relevant documentation, including goods receipt notes and delivery records, ensuring accurate reporting.

Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor and delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.

Plan and schedule deliveries to maximise cost efficiency and resource utilisation.

About You

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and client liaison skills.

Proficiency in administrative processes, documentation, and inventory systems.
