Operations Supervisor

and play a vital role in delivering high-quality modular accommodation across BB and BBJV projects.

What you'll be doing

Supervise subcontractor workforce on-site Deliver clear task and safety briefings Implement risk assessments and method statements Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold company values Maintain strong relationships with site personnel Monitor quality of modular building products and installations Promote safety for all personnel and the public

Who we're looking for

Essential:

CSCS Supervisor/Manager's card SSSTS or SMSTS certification Minimum 3 years' site experience (ideally modular buildings) Strong health & safety knowledge Full clean UK driving licence Excellent communication and record-keeping skills Ability to work away from home (overnight stays)

Desirable:

CPCS Lift Supervisor/Appointed Person (Blue Card) Slinger Signaller qualification NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Construction Site Supervision Additional trade skills (Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical)
