We are seeking an experienced
Operations Supervisor
with a strong background in the freight forwarding industry. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a smooth and efficient logistics workflow, and drive continuous process improvements. Responsibilities
Handle daily operations
across sea, air, and road freight, ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and on time.Resolve operational issues proactively
, providing effective problem-solving to minimise delays and maintain service quality.Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and overseas agents
to ensure seamless shipment movements and documentation flow.Manage booking arrangements
, cargo consolidation, container planning, and scheduling.Oversee customs clearance processes
, ensuring all compliance requirements and deadlines are met.Monitor shipment status
, update customers promptly, and manage any exceptions or disruptions.Review and verify shipping documents
, including BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.Maintain accurate records
in the internal TMS/operational system and ensure data integrity.Support team performance
, guide junior staff, and ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.Communicate professionally
with customers and partners to deliver exceptional serviceJob Type: Full-time
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
