Key Responsibilities
Conduct
cleaning audits
across national sites, ensuring standards meet company and client expectations.
Provide
operational support and cleaning cover
between
06:30 and 21:00
, as required.
Supervise, coach, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve consistently high performance.
Monitor site performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure full compliance with
Health & Safety
,
COSHH
, and company procedures.
Liaise with clients and internal management teams to maintain strong working relationships.
Oversee stock management, consumables, and cleaning equipment.
Produce audit reports and maintain accurate operational records.
About You
Previous experience as a
Cleaning Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Supervisor
within the cleaning or facilities sector.
Strong understanding of cleaning standards, quality control, and health & safety legislation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Full
UK driving licence
and willingness to travel nationally.
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work within the
06:30-21:00
window as needed.
IT-literate, confident with mobile audit or reporting systems (training available).
