Dynamic office environment in Devizes town centre. Do you want to join a positive Logistics team who hold very high operational standards by dealing with phone/email clients quickly and organising National logistics couriers efficiently.

Yes, its fast-paced, however, you learn and challenge yourself everyday, in the comfort of a positive team around you everyday.

We are on a fantastic growth journey, as we are only 2.5 years from when it started. We currently have 6 employees in the office and you will join this creative logistics team.

You will be expected to liaise with our customers and complete customer bookings in an efficient and friendly manner, in line with our Company ethos values. The customer is at the heart of everything we, so drive and desire to embrace our customer-focused approach with enthusiasm is a must to assist in developing relationships with our customers, so you know how to best meet their needs.

Understandably you need to be a strong communicator, both internally with members of your team and externally with clients, suppliers and prospects.

You will be involved in the allocation of work, so you need to be highly organised to utilise your resources and be confident in building relationships with both our customers and suppliers.

We have 1 role available

Weekdays - Mon-Fri 9-6pm Office based role in Devizes SN10 1DT

The key skills needed for the role include:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organised and able to prioritise. Proficient in all areas of Microsoft 365 Strong IT systems experience or knowledge - Training will be in support Interpersonal and Rapport Building skills Teamwork and Collaboration Able to act on your own initiative and demonstrate self-direction Great telephone manner
