Job Overview: We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our clients projects team in organising work scopes in offshore wind. This role is based in Grimsby for initially 3 months, with a high likelihood of extension. Our client is looking for someone to start in early - mid June.
Core Responsibilities
1. Project Governance & Planning
Manage SoRs, ECR Project Tracker, and ensure accurate project registration and reporting.
Monitor and chase project milestones (start/end dates, WBS codes).
Point of contact for PMs and stakeholders for project approvals and updates.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Produce monthly dashboards and site performance reports.
Track project schedules and report changes (deviations, additions, date changes).
Maintain auditable documentation and version control.
3. Document & Data Management
DORECO document lifecycle management.
Maintain safety packs, DPRs, and inspection records.
Manage inboxes and ensure proper information flow.
4. Operational & Strategic Support
Organize quarterly workshops and annual AIMP reviews.
Coordinate near shore/far shore planning and meetings.
Support PA tasks, event planning (e.g. team building, safety events), and stakeholder engagement.
5. Compliance & Safety
Manage Synergi actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Oversee contractor hours and safety documentation.
6. Systems & Tools
SAP super user for purchasing and WBS governance.
Maintain distribution lists and support onboarding.

Education
: Relevant qualification in business administration, project management, or similar preferred but not essential.
