Salary

:


33,500-35,000 depending on role placement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day execution of depot operations across transport and pallet movements. Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to meet service levels and compliance targets. Assist with shift planning, route optimisation, and KPI tracking. Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and cost control. Work alongside depot management in ensuring customer-first service delivery.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

A genuine passion for transport operations - particularly HGVs, commercial vehicles, and fleet performance. Experience in logistics, transport, or pallet network operations. A proven ability to manage people and processes under pressure. Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., WTD, driver hours). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ambition to grow into a leadership position within a fast-moving business.
