This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience while working towards a TeamLeader Apprenticeship qualification. You'll support the operations lead in a range of key areas including hand fulfilment, warehouse duties, and third-party logistics, while learning the skills needed to progress into a future leadership role at Flow Group.
As our apprentice, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and fulfilment operations. You'll be expected to get involved in everything from picking and packing orders to helping build and dispatch eye-catching FSDUs (Free Standing Display Units) and understanding the full 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with hand fulfilment tasks, and help manage a small team
Learn how to build and prepare FSDUs, understanding their structure and timings
Understand and support 3PL operations
Pick, pack, and prepare customer and business orders accurately and efficiently
Learn the most effective methods for order fulfilment and dispatch
Use our in-house systems to process, and manage stock
Support general warehouse duties, including stock checks, and goods-in and out.
Use computerised systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record the movement of goods
Learn the importance of timings and planning in a fast-paced fulfilment environment
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Proactively contribute to a positive, safe, and organised working environment
What We're Looking For

Reliable and committed to completing the apprenticeship
