Operations Team Member

to join our growing team based at our Hoo depot, near Rochester. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or customer service.

About the Role:

Working within our small but busy operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our playground engineer fleet. From scheduling and stock management to handling queries and supporting our clients, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to learn from experienced colleagues. You'll report to our Office Manager and collaborate closely with Directors and engineers to ensure work is completed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and scheduling of engineer workloads Maintain accurate job records and provide engineers with relevant work details Communicate with customers and suppliers by phone and email in a professional manner Help keep our yard and stock areas clean, safe, and organised Assist with processing inspection reports and issuing work orders Resolve access issues or job-related queries with support from the team Ensure timely updates are shared with engineers if plans change Respond promptly to urgent or emergency job requests Occasionally support with basic physical tasks around the depot

What We're Looking For:

Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) Highly organised, with good attention to detail A confident communicator, especially on the phone A team player who's also able to work independently Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Resilient and able to prioritise when things get busy Living within a reasonable commute of Hoo, Kent
