Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Team Operator / Site Logistics Operator to join our busy operations team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in keeping our site running smoothly, supporting the movement, storage, and delivery of goods, and ensuring operational efficiency across the warehouse and production areas. A valid driving licence is essential, as the role involves driving between sites or assisting with transport duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting day-to-day site operations, including receiving, storing, and moving stock efficiently
Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
Assisting with deliveries and internal transport of products
Maintaining accurate records of stock and operational activities
Operating machinery or equipment safely (training provided if required)
Ensuring compliance with health & safety, site procedures, and company policies
Working as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines
Supporting supervisors with operational tasks and problem-solving
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or site operations
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be confident driving as part of the role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to handle manual handling duties
Flexibility to work different shifts if required
