About the Role:



As our Operations Technician provide labour and specific skills to support all aspects of the business. This is a hands-on role and no two days will be the same, from building a stage to carrying out routine maintenance of buildings and equipment, this is a vital role to ensure we give our guests the ultimate experience when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities:



Setting up halls, rooms and the Arena to meet business requirements Assist in the construction of Temporary and Permanent seating blocks Construct various Staging systems for a range of Events Rigging in P&J Live Halls and suites if required; once trained and authorised to do so Building of shell scheme and/or bespoke stands on and off-site when required Operation of forklift, access platforms, and building of scaffolding; when trained and awarded "competency" certificates Ensure all operational equipment is PAT tested and in safe working order Making sure the service requirements are met for all ongoing business and large-scale events

We are looking for someone with:



Experience within a similar role/business - Essential Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work at pace Customer service focused
