Role Overview:

The Cleanroom Production Technician is responsible for carrying out manufacturing activities in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production setting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our CBD products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all production activities in compliance with cleanroom procedures and company standards. Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of CBD products. Prepare and handle raw materials, ensuring accurate measurements and proper storage. Monitor production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to specifications. Conduct routine cleaning and sterilisation of the cleanroom and equipment. Complete and maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and logbooks. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and escalating to maintenance when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a cleanroom or production environment (preferred but not essential; training will be provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow strict protocols and standard operating procedures. Basic understanding of production equipment operation and maintenance. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and wearing cleanroom attire.
