To assist with delivering projects including, but not limited to creating job sheets and kit lists, preparing, maintaining, stock checking inbound and outbound equipment for productions.
You will work alongside project managers, technicians and warehouse staff to ensure everything leaving and returning to the warehouse is accounted for, maintained in good condition and ready for the next event. Primarily warehouse based activities but will include occasional on-site operations.
The company expects every individual to be fully flexible, adaptable and to work across all departments when required.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Helping run daily operations of the warehouse including preparation of equipment for productions and hires to the highest standard
Using rental management software to track jobs, check job sheets and flag any issues
Ensuring the warehouse and all equipment is kept neat, tidy and in order and carry out general cleaning, servicing,maintenance and repairs on necessary equipment
Ensuring all equipment is accounted for upon leaving/returning the warehouse
To assist with installation, setup and de-rig of equipment when working on site
Developing and maintaining client relationships with a friendly and professional demeanor
Carrying out occasional deliveries and collections
Assisting with loading/Unloading of Vans/Trucks
Maintain Health & Safety standards and adhere to company policies/procedures
Performing stock checks at required intervals and reporting missing/damaged equipment
Essential requirements
A basic level of knowledge for audio/visual equipment
IT literate including competency with all Microsoft Office applications
Keen interest in learning and developing skills and knowledge
Strong written and communication skills
Excellent organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a
methodical approach to work
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy objects
Ability to use initiative, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Hold a full clean driving license
Flexibility with working hours, and willing to work evenings and weekends when requested at short notice
The ability to work both independently and as a team
